Cancellation Policy:

Same day scheduled appointment must be secured by a credit card or gift certiticate. A $60.00 fee will be charged to the credit card or gift certificate in the event you short notice and cancel the appointment.

All services must be secured by a credit card or gift certificate. In the event we have not been notified 24 hours in advance of such appointments a 60% fee will be charged to the credit card or gift certificate..

Appointment Policy:

We recommend appointments for all services so that your time can be assured. For treatment packages, which often require the efforts of several staff members, you may need to secure your space up to one month in advance. Saturdays are our busiest days and therefore require the most advance planning. We tend to book up very early, so plan well ahead. If you are able to visit us on a weekday, our schedule is generally more flexible. In addition, all treatment packages must be secured by credit card or gift certificate. See "Cancellation Policy" for details on this.

For parties of three or more, we require a 7 day advance notice of cancellation with the appointment secured by a credit card. In the event such parties have not notified us seven days in advance of a cancellation, they will be charged a 50% fee for any services booked.

Forms of Payment:
For your convenience, Cash, Checks drawn on a local bank and written by a client who can provide us with a current Virginia or North Carolina driver’s license are also accepted.

All massages provided at our spa are non-sexual. If a client should make advances towards a therapist or have sexual intentions relating to a session, that session will be terminated immediately and full payment will be due.
